This Relais is immersed in the peace and quiet of the pleasant and abundant surrounding countryside, even thought it is dose to residential areas and transportation routes. It is at the feet of the Cortona hill, the oldest city in Italy, as written by the American writer Henry James enchanted by the city.
This is a 17th century villa, which has undergone indispensable and maticulious restoration due to the needs of its new receptive function, has maintained its original unaltered condition inside and out. The furniture and the four-poster beds are also vintage. Only the bathroom furnishings, elegant and efficient, with hydro massage bathtubs; bring the guest back to the reality of the third millennium.
The Relais has 15 rooms now available, of which 5 are junior suites, 5 are deluxe rooms and 5 are classic rooms.

From the hall you can enter the Relaxing Room furnished with sofas and tables. Also There is also a small bar and breakfast room on the ground floor, in which the antique stone fireplace makes a fine setting representing the history of the villa.
For leisure time activities outside the villa, the guests have an 18 x 9 meter pool, a golf course and footpaths for walking, horseback riding and mountain biking, at their disposal. The proximity to the town of Cortona and the villages allow the guest of the Relais to visit places of particular historical and artistic importance
